At Toybox Rentals, we’re committed to helping our neighbors recover from the devastation of the Eaton and Palisades fires. With the generous support of our partner, Aputure, we’ve received an additional 100 Battery generators to power up families in need for free.

We’ve also created a battery swap program to ensure ongoing access to power when you need it most.

How The Program Works

Apply Online:

Complete the form below with your details and proof of fire impact.

Verification:

We’ll review your application and notify you of approval via email or SMS.

Pick Up or Delivery:

Choose to pick up your generator from our 24/7 lockers or schedule a delivery.

Battery Swaps:

Exchange depleted batteries for fully charged ones at our lockers or swap stations

Who Can Apply?

To qualify for the program, you must:

  • Reside in the Eaton or Palisades fire-affected areas.

  • Provide proof of address
    (e.g., utility bill, lease agreement).

  • Agree to our rental terms and conditions.

  • Once you’ve received a generator, you can exchange depleted batteries for fully charged ones at our designated locations or through our 24/7 pickup lockers. Detailed instructions will be provided after your application is approved.

  • If the Ecoflow Delta Pro malfunctions or is damaged, notify us immediately. We’ll determine if the issue can be resolved or if a replacement unit is needed. Note that damage caused by negligence or misuse may result in repair or replacement fees.

  • Absolutely! The unit is designed to be portable and weather-resistant. However, it should not be exposed directly to rain or submerged in water.

  • Yes, the program provides units for recovery purposes only. You must return or exchange the unit as per the agreed schedule or upon program completion.
